jbteel -Interested User- Posts: 9 Joined: Jul 24, 2004	Posted: Jul 24, 2004 03:27 PM Msg. 1 of 11 I am not able to load charts on anything less then a daily daily period. It ws working fine a couple of hours ago. I have not changed or modified my software, so I am guessing it is on the IQfeed end. Is there anyway to tell if there are any updates, maintenance, etc. being done that would cause this to happen.?

I just tried a couple stocks (MSFT, YHOO) as well as @ESU4, 1 minute bars for 10 days and received all the data. Also tried tick (1000 datapoints) on @ESU4 and getting data. skunk -DTN Evangelist- Posts: 249 Joined: May 7, 2004	Posted: Jul 26, 2004 06:27 AM Msg. 4 of 11 symbols : @ESU4, @YMU4, @NQU4 period 1min / 5 min days back 1-10 no history - returns a blank row follwoed by ENDMSG real-time quotes are fine. news is fine. custom software using tcp/ip sockets. no changes to software or network etc. config for weeks, and system worked fine on saturday morning.

When I first noticed this problem I was on a different computer at another location 30 miles away. When I returned home Sunday, this was happening on my home computer also. Thus, confirmation that it's not the software or the hardware on the user side.
