It appears some bad data was received at 3am ET which is causing problems with non-stock exchange data on the IQ system. Our engineers and developers are working on the issue and should have it resolved shortly.

I think that 3 hours without real time is too much time! I am a new user and I will reconsider my subscription by this. In addition, I would want to know what happen with the missed bars in Eurex and Euronext symbols (LF, MT, SW, EX, XG). I need these bars as soon as possible! Regards.

I've lost the whole morning's trading here in Europe (Eurex & Euronext)... and charts are not much use with 3 hours of missing data!

Around 2:22 PM the connection was down again - no data for more than 30 sec! can you tell me more in detail what is wrong? And more important is that problem fixed by now?

Hello, could you perhaps email me your login ID? We have no other reports of a data outage, and based on the time and sales, the data looks complete on my end. I would like to check you account for any indication of a connection issue, and help with some further troubleshooting. support@iqfeed.net
I am including a time and sales for the @ESZ7, which shows no apparant data loss at the time mentioned.

I am getting some very strange results all of a sudden. QCLF8 - no historical data after 4:42am today 12/12 a strange realtime tick 7$ below the last known price.
@ESH8 - no historical data after 11:30am today 12/12 then starts up at 15:00

Hello,
There is an issue at the exchange where a lot of bad data was sent out. They have closed the market due to this. There is not at ETA, as of yet, as to when the markets will reopen.

I am not seeing the gap you mentioned on the server, so could you please try and refresh your data via your software or a dissconnect/reconnect and see if that helps.

I've tried 4 times. same result each time. I am using software that has run well for 4 years, It loads @TY data correctly.
If you want to duplicate: My login is 182760 connecting to 66.112.148.227 port 5002 iq feed verwsion 4.2.1.4 symbol is @ESH8

I am sorry you are still experiencing difficulty, we will need to discuss the type of software you are using and what possible solutions may be out there when the IQFeed support team comes in tomorrow morning at 6am CST. I am unable to view relevant account information that they will have access to.
The only other option I can think of is to delete your minute data completely from your software and then refetch it. If that doesn't work let us know at support@dtniq.com. If you can include a number and time that would be convenient to call, we can follow up with you first thing tomorrow.

hi, i know some are having data issues. i'm trying to refresh/download the Z7 futures and can only get the last 1-2 days. does this have something to do with the rollover???
