The two symbols I tried are AAPL1214L590 (862 bars of Minute data, 11 datapoints of Daily) and GOOG1207L705 (414 bars of Minute data, 2 datapoints of Daily). I guess real question is when can we be sure EOD data is available. Is it 9:00PM or midnight EST?

Normally, 9 pm Eastern is a safe time to collect EOD data. I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for letting us know.
