Hello, every time I try to open ProphetX I get the error message "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable." It gives me the option to try and find the ProphetX.msi file, which as far as I can tell, is in the correct file. When I click on the file to try and re-route the path, it just keeps telling me that it is not the correct file. I cannot open the program, uninstall, or re-install over the existing program without getting this error message. If anyone has any idea about how to fix this please let me know. Thanks!

I believe your DTN ProphetX desktop shortcut icon has lost it's mapping to the actual Prophet X application. Delete the desktop icon. Then, go into My Computer > Local Disk (C:) > Program Files > DTN > Prophet X. There should be a ProphetX.exe in there. Right-click this and select Send to > Desktop (create Shortcut). This will put a new DTN Prophet X icon on your desktop that should work correctly. If this doesn't fix it please call our technical support line.
