"For anyone considering using DTN.IQ for a data feed, my experience with the quality of data and the tech support has been very positive." - Comment from Public Forum
"Thanks for following up with me. You guys do a great job in tech support." - Comment from Phelps
"I ran your IQFeed DDE vs. my broker vs. a level II window for some slow-moving options. I would see the level II quote change, then your feed update instantaneously. My broker's DDE, however, would take as much as 30 seconds to update. I am not chasing milliseconds, but half a minute is unacceptable." - Comment from Rob
"As a past ******* customer(and not a happy one), IQ Feed by DTN is a much better and cheaper product with great customer support. I have had no problems at all since switching over." - Comment from Public Forum
"Interactive Brokers tick data was inconsistent, so I have switched to using DTN exclusively. It is great to no longer have to worry about my datafeed all day long." - Comment from Philippe
"I was on the phone with a friend who uses CQG and right after the Fed announcement, CQG was as much as 30 seconds behind DTN.IQ. Some quotes were off by as much as 15-18 cents. Your feed never missed a beat." - Comment from Roger
"Everything is working great with the API. I love it." - Comment from Calvin
"I am a hedge fund manager here. It’s funny, I have a Bloomberg terminal and a Bridge feed, but I still like having my DTN feed!" - Comment from Feras

IQFeed Developer Support » NHL Request Documentation. Oct 7, 2019 03:48 PM (Total replies: 4)

Thanks for the clarification Gary.
I'd appreciate it if you could take a look at my other news related question please.

IQFeed Developer Support » NHL Request Documentation. Oct 6, 2019 07:06 PM (Total replies: 4)

Thanks, that makes sense now.

IQFeed Developer Support » News Story Download Limit. Oct 6, 2019 12:57 PM (Total replies: 6)

While attempting to download news stories I received the following error:

Error processing news story counts from server. Error Code:15

Does this mean there is a limit on Downloads? If so what is it?

IQFeed Developer Support » NHL Request Documentation. Oct 5, 2019 06:53 PM (Total replies: 4)

"[Date] - Optional - Colon delimited dates and ranges YYYYMMDD:YYYYMMDD-YYYYMMDD,YYYYMMDD. Requires a symbol be specified."

What does this actually mean? Why do we need 4 dates to define a range?

The data I recorded live does not have this.
Questions:
- Is this something you guys know about
- Has/will it been rectified?
- Does it affect other symbols?

Here is one from today.
A HIT request for CVBF. The problem seems to persist even after restarts now.

Is there somewhere I can download the previous version for the meantime?

Sorry, I missed your reply.
I can see the headlines etc. via the socket, that is unless I get the error in the title of the thread.

Thanks for the tip, I'm not running WINE unfortunately.
I've observed the same behavior on Windows 10 & 7 running 6.0.0.5 and the previous version.

Happened again today. Logging was on this time.
Stop the client, then try again...and everything is fine.

Also, when is anybody going to get around to fixing the news display application.
Every time I click a news item all I get is "page cannot be displayed" in the bottom panel.

With the new version of IqFeed, I'm now getting these errors about every one in ten history requests.

Update: re-starting the client and turning on logging seems to have stopped the problem...sigh.

IQFeed Developer Support » WAL Earnings. Oct 19, 2018 03:41 PM (Total replies: 7)

So Benzinga Pro didn't report, so it wouldn't have helped being subscribed to that service.
Isn't that a worry?

IQFeed Developer Support » WAL Earnings. Oct 19, 2018 03:02 PM (Total replies: 7)

I'm slightly confused. If I look at other symbols reporting after close on the 18th, they are all marked with 'BZEarnings', e.g. FFBC, PVBC, SHBI, ENFC etc etc. But not WAL.

Are you saying on a FLY subscription, some will be marked and others not?

IQFeed Developer Support » WAL Earnings. Oct 19, 2018 02:44 PM (Total replies: 7)

So the Benzinga Pro stuff is marked "BEN" in the historical news, but this will not come in real-time?

IQFeed Developer Support » WAL Earnings. Oct 19, 2018 01:39 PM (Total replies: 7)

Why didn't FLY mark the WAL news item at 17:24:45 on 2018-10-18 with the symbol 'BZEarnings'?

IQFeed Developer Support » Delayed Data On CLM Oct 11, 2018 02:41 PM (Total replies: 10)

Ah, that will be it, that's what I started thinking when I noticed the 15 minute thing.
I'll check my subscriptions.

Edit: My bad. I'm just glad it was something obvious :)

Are you guys looking at this? It seems precisely 15 minutes behind.
