Recently, I posted a question asking a similar question. I just signed up for the service, how long have you seen this anomoly?
Does DTNIQ offer Level 2 quotes/Depth of Market for the Chicago Merc' and the CBOT? I currently have subscribed to the data packages from both exchanges. Thankyou.
I just signed up for DTNIQ, so forgive me if I sound a little wet behind the ears here (I'm comming from an eSignal world). I have the CME & CBOT futures package and I am looking at the charts right now. Here's my question, when I am looking at the chart, I see the time but no date at the bottom. The verticle bars seem to be stuck in the 23:00 time position (but there is no date.). At the top, all I have are of course the changing figures, but no date changes or time changes just the time saying 23:00. When I zoom in, I get a closer look, oddly enough, the horizontal bars don't change their markings just adapt to the zoomed look but still saying "23:00". This is a little confusing for me. I have normally 10-minute bars or another time frame, and still the same effect. So when I zoom in I'm not sure what day or period of time I am looking at, only that these are 10-minute (or whatever period I choose) bars. Now, at the other end, the lower left hadn side it shows a date from way in the past. I can understand if this is the start date of the chart, but when I zoom in it still says this. Sorry if I sound like an idiot here, but this is a little different than what I am used to. Any help would be appreciated.
Any word of it being included in the future?
When I was with another data provider, I subscribed to Dow Jones Business News and would use their symbols (like e/ern) to get what I needed. Thursday I signed up for your service (I'm shopping around for a data provider) and part of the package upon enlistment was the Dow Jones Business News. So, my question is, can I use these codes with DTNIQ's news program? I clicked on the button named "sym" (I'm assuming this is for symbol) and tried but I did not get a response. Am I doing something wrong? Any advice on this matter, would be much appreciated.
