Over the weekend of August 25th, 2007, DTN will be transitioning its Nasdaq Level II feed to a new protocol mandated by the Exchange. This change will require DTN customers using the DTN.IQ client software to upgrade in order for it to display the proper precision of bid/ask sizes. The new feed includes odd lot sizes (the current feed only shows bid/ask volume in 100 share intervals) which the old DTN.IQ Nasdaq Level II doesn't display properly.
Please download and install the Nasdaq Level II Patch from
http://www.dtniq.com/template.cfm?navgroup=supportlist&urlcode=33&view=1 in order to ensure the proper display of Bid/Ask sizes. If you continue to use the old client software, all Level II price/size tiers will display properly, but the bid/ask size will be multiplied by 100.
If you have any questions or problems with applying this patch, please don't hesitate to contact customer support.
