I understand that it is either Reuters or more correctly Barclays that have a problem, but we should at least get an answer better than 'they are looking into the problem'! Do they intend to deliver the data or not - that is the question, as no technical problem can anymore be the case, as they apparently are able to deliver all other kinds of data.
