I'm using the following command to retrieve historical news headlines:

NHT:CPR:2000:20080804;

The result is as follows:

The total number of headlines is less than the limit I specified in the NHT command, yet no data is returned prior to 8/7/2008 at 9:20am. Is there a way to get additional history?

Under normal circumstances, you should be able to retrieve only the current day's headlines for any given news type. However, there is also currently a limit of 500 headlines returned for any given request. Unfortunately, for a few news types, this is making it so you cannot receive the entire day's headlines. We are currently investigating the posibility of removing this 500 headline limit.

The only way to get more than the current day's headlines would be to search by a specific symbol.
