It would be nice if DTN could notify customers when they change IP addresses.
Our firewall rules are stringent and only allow communication over the specified ports to DTN's network ranges. When your network ranges change, and suddenly the software stops working, we get panicked calls from our Board members that use your software. If DTN would NOTIFY them of the change, we could implement it proactively and they wouldn't have downtime.
Thank you, First American Bank Support

In normal circumstances we would have posted a message to our Message of the Day and this forum. Unfortunately there was some internal miscommunication regarding the date of the change and we weren't able to get communication out in time. For this, I am sorry and it hopefully won't happen again.
