Hello,

I have just subscribed to the service and all charts are not displaying any data. I understand that the US Stock market is close at the moment when I am performing the test but should I be getting any backfilling data? I have attached a screenshot. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Hello again :),

Just talked to tech support and everything is working now. I really love the quality of the customer service.

For anyone who is hitting the same problem. It turns out that, IQFeed is using same port with logitech GHub. Close it and it is working.

Yes, LgHubUpdater.exe is a common problem. This keyboard/mouse updater program uses port 9100, which is the same port number as the Lookup/History port uses. If LgHubUpdater it is running, you will not be able to do any request to that socket, but the other connections (such as port 5009, the Level 1 feed)will work fine. The easiest solution is just to shut off LgHubUpdater in Task Manager/Processes or Task Manager/Services.

Sincerely,
Gary Stephen

Thanks for the solution, Stephen. It helped me to get rid of this issue completely.
I installed Aimbroker more than a year ago, and it has been working fine in general for all this time. The sole issue was with this port 9100. I hope that now it will work flawlessly. I mainly do short term forex trading strategies(https://fbs.com/analytics/tips/trading-strategies-for-the-short-term-timeframes-17534 ) and need immediate access to all the data because the transaction should be completed in several seconds. I prefer these short-term investments because they don’t require me to do long-term planning and rely on my analysis of the future of the financial market.
