"You are either overstaffed or people just don't have problems with your feed because customer support always answers the phone quickly." - Comment from Jay via Email
"And by the way, have to say this. I love the IQFeed software. It's rock solid and it has a really nice API." - Comment from Thomas via RT Chat
"I ran your IQFeed DDE vs. my broker vs. a level II window for some slow-moving options. I would see the level II quote change, then your feed update instantaneously. My broker's DDE, however, would take as much as 30 seconds to update. I am not chasing milliseconds, but half a minute is unacceptable." - Comment from Rob
"Boy, probably spent a thousand hours trying to get ******* API to work right. And now two hours to have something running with IQFeed. Hmmm, guess I was pretty stupid to fight rather than switch all this time. And have gotten more customer service from you guys already than total from them… in five years." - Comment from Jim
"You are much better than lawyers or the phone company because you answer the phone when I call! I just love your customer service." - Comment from Isreal
"Thanks for following up with me. You guys do a great job in tech support." - Comment from Phelps
"Thank you so much - awesome feed, awesome service!" - Comment from Greg via Email
"If you are serious about your trading I would not rely on IB data for serious daytrading. Took me a while to justify the cost of IQ Feed and in the end, it's just a 2 point stop on ES. Better safe than sorry" - Comment from Public Forum
"IQFeed version 4 is a real screamer compared to anything else I have seen." - Comment from Tom
"I am a hedge fund manager here. It’s funny, I have a Bloomberg terminal and a Bridge feed, but I still like having my DTN feed!" - Comment from Feras

pls reference DTN support's reply message #14 which makes the change. Edited by boze man on May 3, 2016 at 09:02 PM
Pls adjust the roll date for Nymex QBZ#C to 1 day earlier than expiry. Rolling on the expiry day leaves no tradable data for that day and screws up the roll.
You implemented this roll 1 day earlier request a couple years ago to the ICE gasoil and brent contracts so that there could be tradable data prior to the roll as the expiry. Since this is the nymex brent contract which mirrors the ice contract i see no reason not to make this change asap.
many thanks
Is there a way to turn off "Enable Extended Trades" using IQfeed with Sierra Chart? Thanks
Thanks for the reply....how is it configurable by the client? Edited by boze man on Jan 20, 2016 at 02:33 PM
Hello
I have noticed quite a few bad prints recently in SPY...for example today from 0959-1000 EST the data shows trades at yday close which is clearly out of the range.
Can DTN filter this on a daily basis?
Thanks
DTN support please read and respond to the following thread...

Thanks again
you also need to roll the CME Nymex BZ contract with the same rules as the ICE Brent contract. Thanks
Since GAS has replaced EPI you will need to change the roll date for GAS to 1 day prior to expiry. Thanks Edited by boze man on Jan 9, 2016 at 01:09 PM
for daily data trade date fri 11/27 the high should be 2098.25 you are not recognizing OHLC data from 11/26 which should be included under trade date 11/27 due to the t-giving holiday
please check other CME markets thanks
for the last few days when i come to my computer in the evening to look at QCL#C, QCL#, or QCLQ14 the bar chart is wrong it has the low at 0.00 or 0.07 etc and i have to delete data and redownload in sierra chart
during the trading day the data is fine it must be occurring after the market closes at 1615 cst and before globex opens at 1700cst...
