Canadian Quotes appear to be way off this morning. For example, C.ZWB has a last of 430000, C.TCN has a last of 150000.

BABA Historical Quotes are off by a factor of 8. The realtime quotes appear correct, but, for example, the December 31, 2018 quote is 1096.56 but should be 137.07.

I am having trouble with symbols VXX and ITB. When testing with the "IQFeed SnapQuote" application, I find them to be intermittent. If I enter VXX, I will get "Invalid Symbol". If I then re-enter it, it will work for a while, but then go back to "Invalid Symbol". Same with ITB. These are the only two symbols (out of over 200 that I am using) that I am having an issue with,

Example: "C.ZWB". Historial price available for 4/26, not for 4/27. (I assume this has something to do with the TMX outage that occurred Friday ... will IQFeed be backloading the closing prices?)

Data appears missing for symbols that have periods in the name. I've tried RDS.A, RDS.B, BRK.A, BRK.B. Symbol is recognized and historical data and company name populates, but "Last" and "Close" and maybe some other fields do not populate.

One of my IQFeed clients is not collecting approrpiate historical data. I have narrowed it down to what I believe is the HDX command defaulting to 2015 rather than 2016. See below -- SFR returns no data because it didn't exist at this time last year, and AMH returns year-old data. I don't know enough about the architecture to be sure this is wrong, or know if the problem is server-side or client-side. Is this incorrect behavior? If so, is it a problem on my system or a DTN system? I believe I am experiencing the same problem. I haven't looked at looked at the messages themselves -- I don't write my own IQFeed applications -- but I'm getting no dividend data in the applications I use, and also in the IQWatchQuote application. (I've started a "Missing Dividend Data" in the "Data and Content Support" forum.) I'm seeing it on all 120 symbols I'm currently monitoring. Some examples would be T, VZ, BAC, CSX, C.

Also, see topic "Fundamental message has many empty fields recently" in "IQFeed Developer Support" forum, for someone else experiencing a similar issue (although he's reporting from the perspective of the messaging interface rather than via IQWatchQuote, but ut's probably the same issue).

Sometime in the past day or two, dividend data is no longer available. The "IQWatchQuote" application (as well as the other applications I use) shows no data in the "Div Amt", "Pay Date", "Ex Div Date", and other related fields. (Tested with several stocks ... AAPL would be one example.)

Sometime over the weekend or this morning, my IQFeed client started reporting incorrect ev-dividend and dividend-payable dates. In the IQWatchQuote application, I get dates that look like: 32/27/201537 (on multiple symbols -- every symbol I check has the invalid data, although it's noto the same data on every one.) (This gets translated into other invalid dates in the application I have that uses IQFeed.) |
