If I am subscribed to an execution broker that supports DTN.IQ, is it possible to simultaneously connect to the DTN.IQ feed using the API and the third party application?

If the 3rd party support connecting to an existing IQconnect (IQFeed) it will work. You need to be logged into DTN.IQ first, before the 3rd party connects, and you may also need to ensure you have the IQfeed client software installed in addition to the DTN.IQ client.
