Greetings. I subscriber IQ Feed V.4.1.2.0 for Ensign Windows, date Forex Barclays. The question - why in the mornings, GMT +1 c 00:00 till 12:00, is not present updatings of quotations. Updatings come with delay always. I wish to have quality of your product for the money , is normally? -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Till this time 13:30 GMT+1 there are no updatings on pairs BGBPUSD y BEURUSD. How it is possible?

From the time 2:30 a.m. EST (9:30 GMT) to the present there are several hundred ticks on each of these symbols. Are other Forex pairs working normally? One possibility that you do not see the data... Are your Regional settings in control panel set to English?

There are a couple things I would try as pertains to these issues.
#1 On your chart, double click the chart, go to the symbol tab and verify that the open/close trade hour settings include the entire trading period. With the same chunk of time being left out every day I would definately lean towards this being the most likely cause.
#2 No datafeed at 8:01, this error message will come up for any minute in which your items did not trade. For instance, if you are watching BGBPUSD between 5 am and 6 am it is not going to have a trade during every minute. On every minute that does not have data it will show this error to let you know. To get rid of this go to setup->Connections and uncheck Warn on No Data Feed and then press ok.
#3 If the above do not help, go to Setup-> Charts -> Maintenace. Check 1,2,3,4, and 11 and press Perform selected tasks, when it has completed press ok.
If none of these options help, please let me know and we can continue to troubleshoot this issue.

I have sent the information up to this point to Ensign and they suggested a different set of settings for the symbol properties. I have emailed the screenshot to the address you signed up with. They are not seeing this issue in house so we are sure this is a settings issue. Let me know if this helps, if not we will try something else.

That I did: 1. Delete Ensign Windows the old version also has established new from 01-03-07, the freshest. 2. In the automatic device has updated adjustments Taim Zone and it was connected to service Barclays, symbol BEURUSD, is not present updatings. 3. This business of those of support. A conclusion - I shall continue the test with service TULLET on currency pairs interesting to me.
