It seems New Server that has seconds support does not return valid tick history data and only returns atmost for 1 previous day. I tried with AAPL and it works but does not work for GOOG.

Due to the nature of the pre-server, it is entirely possible for something like this to occur. We do not have Market Data monitoring things as much here, as we do on the live servers. We will check into it though to be sure. I am able to pull some data currently for Google, are you seeing this same behavior now?

The Pre-Production servers are set to only store 1 day of tick data due to hardware limitations.

This means that for symbols that do not trade on the weekends, no tick data will be available from Saturday at 00:00 (midnight) through market open on monday morning.
