gidon -Interested User- Posts: 4 Joined: May 10, 2007	Posted: May 15, 2008 02:29 AM Msg. 1 of 3 Hello, I am new to QCollector for DTN. I tried using the trail version and it worked fine. After buying the software i registered it using the key QCollector sent me and now i can not download data anymore. (not even for the trail symbols i downloaded data for in the trail version). Any advice? thank you,

It sounds like maybe you will need an updatted register key. You will need to contact Q Collector for that. Sorry I cant be any more help, but we dont have access to there security systems. I hope this helps. I used the trail version of QCollector so i was able to download data for only a closed set of symbols. When i registered the QCollector it stopped working. I hope i will get a response from them soon and maybe a new register key. thank you,
