Whats the best way to use HTT command to get ticks for say 10 stocks every 5 mintues?
How should the begintime and endtime be used effectively?

Start Time = earliest time to retrieve a tick for.
Stop time = latest time to retrieve a tick for.

It would seem that you would want to simply cycle through your list of 10 stocks every 5 minutes and request trades for the most recent 5 minute period. You probably will need to store when your last request was for each symbol as well just to make sure that you don't overlap or miss trades due to it taking a different amount of time to run through the requests depending upon the market volume during the trading day.
