Mobiius -Interested User- Posts: 15 Joined: Mar 24, 2013	Posted: Mar 24, 2013 10:58 PM Msg. 1 of 5 Hello I am a new data user from Multicharts. There is a bad data point on the +SI#C 1 minute chart @ 12:13 on January 28th, 2013. The high should be 30.86 not 33.84 Just figuring out if I want to switch data providers and found this error. Thanks.

DTN_LorenF -DTN Technical Support- Posts: 228 Joined: May 11, 2004	Posted: Mar 25, 2013 01:41 PM Msg. 4 of 5 Mobiius I confirmed the data was corrected. in multicharts you will need to close the chart. open Quote manager, Right click on the symbol, select clear cache then delete then delete data also. you may have to close software also. then open new chart.
