The entire feed froze 11h00 - 11h13 but not all symbols restarted. No ticks reported for @YM @ZB @ZN between 11h00 - 12h16 yet other ecbot symbols were OK. There was no mention of any problems on the dtniq motd site

Thank you for posting that you also encountered an interuption in the data feed. Thinking the problem was on my end, I was checking hardware and connections trying to determine why I was no longer receiving data.
It would be very helpful if DTN would provide a 'Status' page that subscribers could check before spending time investigating a service interruption on their end of the connection.
I just refreshed the data and find there is a data gap from 11:00 ET to 12:15 ET. Perhaps Jay could let us know if and when this gap will be filled.
Thank you. Chuck Milich

globex symbols like @ES (11h00 - 11h11) @ER2 (11h00 - 11h22) and @NQ (11h00 - 11h23) also have holes in history for today. I guess the problem was more widespread than just some isolated ecbot contracts

We did have an issues on our primary server system today which caused some holes in data. We have filled those holes with the data from our backup server systems, so you should be able to download the data and correct any missing areas you have.
