"Thanks for the great product and support. During this week of high volume trading, my QuoteTracker + IQ Feed setup never missed a beat. Also, thanks for your swiftness in responding to data issues. I was on ******* for a few years before I made the switch over early this year, and wish I had done it a long time ago." - Comment from Ken

Seems like CINN quotes are off. L2 now shows Q's ask 37.48 while mkt is 37.55x37.56.

A friend who gets his quotes from ScottTrade sees the same.

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe CINN is the same as ISLAND, and Interactive Brokers feed has correct bid ask.

Any ideas?

CINN just went 0x0 on QQQQ, but IB showing good quotes for Island.

NASDAQ Operations has recently updated the status of the following NASDAQ Market System(s) to the NASDAQ Trader website:

Due to sporadic quoting issues on INET, BRUT has routed away from that destination until further notice.

Is CINN the same as INET & ISLAND?

If so, any idea why I'm getting (apparently) good quotes from IB?

INET represents orders in OTC securities through the National Stock Exchange (NSX), formerly the Cincinnati Stock Exchange (CSE). INET appears in the consolidated quote feed as "CINN".

The data you're getting from IB may be Island's own book data which isn't being sent out on the consolidated quote feed.

I'm not sure if or how they're related, but you can go to www.island.com and open the INET book and it appears to be giving good quotes.

Any idea what caused that SNAFU? I've seen this happen before (where bid ask go to 0x0) but it usually only last a few minutes at most. This one was about an hour or so.

The problem occurred at the National Stock Exchange (formerly Cincinnati). The problem has been resolved.
