Hello,
I'm a new IQFeed developer. I tried my product name simply by replacing IQFEED_DEMO in RegisterClientApp function with my product name in Visual C++ WatchList example. But I received following error during IQ Connect Login: "Sorry, your Product and/or Service for the attempted login are incorrect. If you have recently changed products you may also need to change your type of service. Please contact customer support for assistance."
It suggests that I may change my type of service. How can I do that?

Usually this is because someone is using a IQFeed for QuoteTracker subscription and trying to use another software package (or your own). if you subscribed to IQFeed for Quotetracker, contact customer support or sales and tell them you need to upgrade to a full subscription to IQFeed.

Thanks for checking that side. I double checked your product permissioning and it was indeed an issue on our side. It has been corrected and you should now be able to connect with your registered product name.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
