Can you please put the older APIs and the older API documentation back up? Until I/we can get 4.0+ to work with SOCKS, I can't possibly use it.

We are no longer supporting previous versions of the API, and thus they won't be available on the website. If you want to Private Message me your email address I will email you the file.

is IQFeed 4.0+ now officially released, or is it still in beta testing stage?

Yes, The current live release is IQFeed 4.0.0.2 and is available on the IQFeed website : http://www.iqfeed.net
