I receive this message at random occasions, while trying to connect. Task Manager shows no sign of IQConnect or any other DTN module running.
I learned to work around this by rebooting the computer. But now I receive this message also on freshly booted computer! Another reboot helps, however.
Mystery.

We are getting other reports sporatically, and are working with another IQFeed developer to try to troubleshoot this further. If you see this, please contact developer support ASAP (while its happening) so we can go through some troubleshooting with you.
