I'm developing using delphi. Can anybody send me the API declaration for connection to the IQ in delphi?

Rodrigo,

The declaration is going to be based on the registered product name for the API. If you have a subscription to the API, please look at the documentation at www.iqfeed.net/dev. If you don't have an API subscription, you need to get one before you will be able to write to the IQFeed API. You can sign up at www.iqfeed.net/dev.
