Unfortunately the exchange had problems providing data on 5/5/21.

The file the exchange provided later did not contain values; so they are indicated as ZERO'S in the file.

There is not a way to recover the data from the exchange.

Could you expand more on this? From my understanding we are currently matching the Industry Standard in this regard.

We are in the planning stages of a project to update the iqfeed.net website and that project would also address this.

However, given the security concerns of this issue, we are investigating if a short-term fix is viable to address this before the long term project is completed.

Please also keep in mind are primary driver right now is to get our data servers migrated to their new location in Chicago!

We have completed the review of LG#C in our data and at this time we do not see any incorrect data points.

We believe the error is within your 3rd party charting software.

You can verify this by locating IQ feed Applications on your Desktop and opening the folder/icon; locating IQ Charts and creating the same exact chart with our applications. You will not see the same data points as you are seeing in the 3rd party charting software.

Please also keep in mind this contract is closed today for a Banking Holiday.

After review of the data, unfortunately the tick data in question exceeds our 180 calendar days of tick data that we store.

Additionally You are looking at a 100 tick chart in Ninja Trader; which we believe does not use our tick interval bars. We believe that the data you are displaying has been manipulated inside of Ninja Trader by their chart and not our actual data.

That being said if you can find a more recent example within our 180 days calendar days tick data window we will be happy to explore it.

I would also consider contacting Ninja Trader Support directly to investigate how the 100 tick chart is building it's data or what they underlying data actually is.
