I am trying to download the Backadjusted data for the gold, silver and copper instruments but I am not receiving anything, before I used the continuous contracts of these instruments I had no problem, so I wanted to know if I should hire an additional service to obtain this data or know if i'm doing something wrong These are the instrument symbols I'm using: gold: QGC#C silver: QSI#C copper QHG#C Envision
DTN_Stephen -DTN Guru- Posts: 453 Joined: Aug 22, 2014	Posted: Sep 15, 2022 06:18 AM Msg. 2 of 2 To view data on these symbols you will need to make sure you have either Delayed or Real Time Comex and Nymex on your IQ Feed account. You can verify this by going to myaccount.dtn.com and logging in. Please go to Existing Accounts and your exchanges will be listed there. You can also add exchanges from this page as well if you need to add the above exchanges. Once an exchange is added please completely logout/disconnect the IQ Feed client and log back in to authorize the new exchanges.
