When I load a chart the date and time are wrongly presented. I am currently looking at a chart of the sp mini (@esu4--5min). It reads 04/05 for the date and 22:40 for the time; no matter where I put my cursor!

I have experienced this problem a few times. First I thought it may be related to my pc but having had the same issue now on more than one pc and over the course of a few weeks I know it is not.

sorry for not getting back sooner--I don't check this board all the time (and it appears neither does DTN support, as surely this post would warrent their reply!!)

I have actually experienced this happening over the past month. I have been with DTN for about 2 yrs and have not noticed it before.

DTN IQFeed/DTN.IQ/DTN NxCore

Actually, our support and development staff does check this board quite often. When we are researching a problem, we often don't take time to reply "let me check". In this case, once we were done "checking", we failed to get a reply posted.

This issue is being worked on in our server development group. It stems from an issue where we currently have bars marked as 24:00 when in actuality, windows doesn't recognize a time of 24:00 (it is actually 00:00). What this causes is the processing of the data to be corrupt, and IQFeed then prints the last valid bar time/date for the remainder of the bars. In this case, you must be pulling back at least 3 months of 5 minute bars. April 5 was a Sunday, and the last valid bar time was 22:40 for that Sunday evening. That is why you are seeing it printed for all subsequent bars.

This is actively being fixed, and we will releasing server code to correct it as quick as possible.

Great thanks for the reply.

I understand you guys are busy; but I feel it's better to have some type of acknowledgement to the post (even one word, "checking"), since the poster is totally in the dark until such times as a resolve is posted which may potentially take a number of days.
