Effective September 1, 2006, the NYMEX Exchange will implement a new
exchange fee for providing delayed streaming data, which includes all
NYMEX and COMEX Exchange quotes. As a result, DTN will be required to
assess a fee for this service.

In accordance with the new NYMEX Exchange fee policy for delayed data,
DTN will charge $1.00 per month, per Exchange to receive delayed quotes
from NYMEX and/or COMEX beginning on September 1, 2006.

If you do not want to be charged for this service and wish to no longer
receive delayed NYMEX and/or COMEX Exchange quotes, please call us at
1.800.397.7000, option 1. However, if you do wish to continue receiving
these quotes, please note that your account will be billed accordingly.

As always, our commitment at DTN is to providing you, a valued client,
with the best service and greatest value for your business. We apologize
for any inconvenience this may cause you and will work hard to make sure
all your service needs are met during this transition.
