Please fix your tick data around the 1400 EST timestamp on November 15th for symbol EXZ6. Extremely bad ticks showing up there.
Kind regards, MK

The changes have been made but the changes will not appear till tomorrow. What software do you use? Many softwares offer the ability to manually remove/filter these bad ticks out and I think this could work for you until the historical data files are refreshed with the corrections.

Hi Tim,
When you say tomorrow what do you mean? It is tomorrow in Europe and the data is still broken. Yes I can edit the data out but when I do a refresh the corrupt data reappears.

Sorry about that. Our Market Data people sent the request to have the bad tick taken off but it looks like it was not done. I have reported it again and will make every effort to follow up on it. again my apologies.
