The DIA, SPY ,GE ,IBM are not showing bid and ask prices, the string shows 00 on the number field that they are supposed to be in (11 and 12) I do get the QQQQ completely and the MSFT too. I wonder if this could be a problem in my end do to my subscription?
A tried the VB, C# examples and the DDE that you guys provide and the problem persist. So I discarded it had to do with one of our applications.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

nearly 100% likely that you just aren't authorized for RT data on Amex or NYSE. These 2 exchanges don't allow you to receive BID/ASK data unless you are authorized for real time. If you contact sales or customer support they can get you authorized for real time data on these exchanges and you should start seeing the quotes. Nasdaq on the other hand allows you to receive bid/ask data even if you are authorized for delayed data only.
You can confirm what you are authorized for in the connection manager. You can also see if you are authorized for delayed data by looking at the "Delay" field. If it is blank or zero, you are entitled for real time data. Otherwise, it should show the delay time as mandated by the exchange.
