We have had numerous reports of problems this morning from customers having problems connecting to IQFeed and we are looking into this currently to see what and where the problem may be at. We are working as quickly as we can to get the matter resolved.
Thanks.

Hello Raistlin, it looks like we have found the problem and have gotten it resolved. It looked like the problem had to do with one of our DNS servers. So you should be able to connect now, if not what you may need to do is reboot your computer and try again. If you are still having problems connecting after that please let us know.
Thanks.

Hello taa_dtn, are you still getting the "Unable to Connect to IP List server" or another error message? For the most part the DNS issue has been resolved however we have seen a few customers still having problems connecting due to that. One thing that I would like to have you check is if you open the Diagnostics from Start > All Programs > IQFeed 4.6.1.0 > Diagnostics, then click on the Connectivity Tab and click on Ping Test. What does it show for that? It should show something like this.
Pinging login.interquote.com [66.112.156.213] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 66.112.156.213: bytes=32 time=0ms TTL=61 Reply from 66.112.156.213: bytes=32 time=0ms TTL=61 Reply from 66.112.156.213: bytes=32 time=0ms TTL=61 Reply from 66.112.156.213: bytes=32 time=0ms TTL=61

Pinging login2.paragonsoftware.net [66.112.148.210] with 32 bytes of data:

Can you post what you are seeing?
Thanks.

Turns out my ISP's DNS server is still resolving login.interquote.com to 209.62.105.19, so that's why rebooting my system had no effect. I've switched to another DNS server temporarily, and IQFeed is back online.
