Please look at 1 minute bars or tick data for these symbols. Beginning at 11:37 through 12.02 (EST) the numbers would bounce around quite a bit. Before and after this time, values would show as expected. Any idea why the numbers would be jumping around so much? Same thing happened yesterday from 10:24 to 10:44

Its doing it right now. JV6T is jumping from -440K to -120K

What appears to be happening is some large volume stocks are fluctuating between declining and unchanged causing those 2 stats along with the net volume stat to swing wildly.
We are monitoring it.
