Hi,

After changing my IQFEED password, the IQ Connection Manager is still remembering the old password, even after successfully logging in with new password, and repeatedly checking/unchecking the "Save login and password" option.

Software version is 4.7.20

Hello Sgyntz, it may be caused by the charting software that you are using. After checking your account here, it appears that you are running Investor RT. This software will save your User ID and Password/Pin within itself, so what you will need to do is go up to Setup, Preferences, Data Source, and change your password under there. Once that has been updated it should remember the new password. If you have any other problems or questions please let us know.
