Can you shed any light on these?

For example, I'm watching level 2 for QQQQ

Bid ask is 40.2800x40.2900 and I see a trade print at 40.2850

Since I never see bid/ask with fractions of pennies, I'm not sure what to make of these fractional penny prints.
