i am installing an oval satellite dish, the mast is level and the coordinates are set. I can get a strong signal on from the 101 satellite 96-97 but only on 6 out of the 32 transponders. Could it be a bad coax connection from the built in switch to the receiver. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Chris

Dear Chris,
The easiest way to determine that is just to use a small piece at the dish. Please contact our Satellite support team at 800-763-9959 for further inquires.
Thanks
