galind -Interested User- Posts: 1 Joined: Jun 30, 2005	Posted: Jun 30, 2005 08:18 PM Msg. 2 of 3 I recently subsribed to Investor RT using IB as the data feed for the last traaded prices and DTN mkt access as backfill. I am having problems getting the backfill to work. Todays charts has the last price (presumably from IB) and no intraday bars. I am running Inv RT, running Ib's TWS and am getting the lastprices from IB but not intraday bars which was supposed to be DTN's job. Do I need to install any software from DTN? I downloaded and ran iq connection manager thinking that would do the trick but still no intra-day bars. Inv Rt gave me a 6 digit DTN Acess ID which I used to enter and activate the dtn IQ connection manager but am still not getting any data. Any suggestions? Thanks Gabe
DTN_Jay_Froscheiser -VP, Product Operations- Posts: 1746 Joined: May 3, 2004 DTN IQFeed/DTN.IQ/DTN NxCore	Posted: Jul 1, 2005 07:42 AM Msg. 3 of 3 Gabe, If you don't have an IQFeed subscription, and you are just using InvestorRT's backfill (that they wholesale from DTN), you will need to contact InvestorRT for support. I am not sure what 6 digit ID InvestorRT would have given you. Please get in touch with InvestorRT and they should be able to help you. You don't need the IQFeed software (IQConnection Manager) if you are using InvestorRT with our backfill data. Jay Froscheiser DTN - Trading Markets
