quickTick -Interested User- Posts: 53 Joined: Nov 17, 2013	Posted: Feb 26, 2021 03:31 PM Msg. 1 of 3 I had a SERVER DISCONNECTED and a gap of quotes today around 10:30 am. Was it just on my end or a general thing? It was shortly after @ESH21 went below 3800. The second time @ESH21 went below 3800, around 16:00, quotes continued, however the "T" time signal went up to 3 seconds behind. Edited by quickTick on Feb 26, 2021 at 03:32 PM

At the time you mentioned we did experience connection issues with our data servers. This was related to our ISP(Internet Service Provider) and was quickly resolved. We are always working diligently for solution(s) to lessen any impact our customer may feel. I apologize for any frustration this may have caused. We will be moving our datacenter to a cloud based servers in the next 6 months. It is our firm belief this will help improve the overall customer experience.
