Hi it was all working before today.

From today, the command HTT

HTT,AABB,20210603 080001,20210603 165959,,,,,

only works for date >= 20210603, for any date before this, can only receive
E,!NO_DATA!,,

Is this a server issue or account issue ?

I believe we should be able to receive data for past 180 days.

Please help.

Please be aware that during market hours (9:30am - 4:30pm) EDT you are limited to 8 Calendar days of tick data.

Outside of those hours you can retrieve up to 180 calendar days of tick data
