I am unable to retrieve quotes. Each login attempt connects me to this server 66.112.156.223,60002 which is not delivering quotes. The software detects the error and disconnects / reconnects every 5 seconds

this server was unresponsive this morning, so if you were connecting to it you would have had issues. Once the machine was identified, it was taken offline so users would no longer be directed to it.
