I am supporting application using iqfeed, establishing 3 socket connections: Admin, Level1, Lookup.
It works on most of the workstations. However for the one specific workstation I am receiving the following bad request response on Lookup socket:

Normal:
-> S,SET PROTOCOL,5.2
<- S,CURRENT PROTOCOL,5.2

Exception:
-> S,SET PROTOCOL,5.2
<- HTTP/1.1 400
Server: WebSocket++/0.8.2

Actual software installed 6.1.0.20
Any ideas how should I troubleshot this issue?

fwiw, on that specific workstation IQFeed own sample application doesn't show Option Chains.
Thank you.

You probably have a non-IQFeed process on that computer that uses the same port number (Lookup=9100 by default). Run `netstat -on` to see which process it is and then either stop that process, or modify the Lookup port number in the Windows registry.

The Logitech mouse utility "LGHubUpdater" is known to interfere with IQFeed, because it also uses Port 9100. Easiest solution is just to disable that app, though it is also possible to change what ports IQFeed uses via registry entries.
