What is the continuous symbol for ES? @ES# or @ES#C

What is the difference? What is back-adjusted?

Thanks.

The continous contract symbol for the E-Mini is @ES# and the Continous back-adjusted symbol is @ES#C.

I have attached a link a video that explains the difference between the two.
