Hey there, having issues with getting chart data coming up, just wanting to clarify nothing is wrong with my subscription, im getting a error in my platform saying my connection does not provide such data
this makes no sense, never seen this before

Sorry for any delay in responding to your post.
By your screenshot it does appear you have authorizations for level 2 data on NASDAQ equities.
I am not sure what charting platform that is you are showing the Depth of Market window in? Possibly Ninja Trader?
Please locate the IQ Feed Applications window on the desktop of your PC and then open and utilize the Market Depth tool. Do you get valid Level 2 data there?
