dnokes -Interested User- Posts: 2 Joined: Dec 20, 2006	Posted: Dec 20, 2006 01:15 PM Msg. 1 of 11 Hello, I have a trial of IQFeed and I have purchased QCollector for DTN. I am trying to download a sample of time & sales [say LEH (NYSE)] but I keep getting the following error: Windows socket error: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it (10061), on API 'connect' Has anyone come across this before. When I check the connection using the manager I see that the feed is up and running. I have one week to figure this out to decide whether I will add DTN to my list of feeds. Thanks

I would suggest attempting a reboot to reset the network connections and if you have further issues to call me at 800-397-7000 x3323 and I will be happy to help get everything configured. Tim

I have been using QCollector for awhile but, after upgrading to the new IQFEED client, I have been unable to get QCollector to load.
