It looks as if we are having a problem with the indexes this morning. Our OPS & MDI tech are looking into it. But we have not heared anything from them yet.

Hello, this problem was related to a server release this weekend. It affected all customers authorized specificly for realtime MINI contracts. The release has been rolled back and you should be able to reconnect and once again get realtime data for these contracts.
Please let us know if you continue to have problems after reconnecting.
