Boy did you guys drop the ball today. It is now 10 min. after FOMC and my feed is now just caught up. Can I have an explanation please?

conr, it appears this was isolated to the server that you were connected to at the time. We are still investigating why this one server had problems.

Just to be clear, this server had a max delay of 72s immediately following the FOMC. This delay slowly lessened until it cleared between 14:23 and 14:24.

Steve, 72s max delay is incorrect. I rec. a call from Stan at DTN shortly after my post indicating I was on a server that had approx. a 10 min. delay and that they are looking into it.

I hope you get this corrected. That was unacceptable.

Thank you.

Hi Conr,

I'm sorry I misspoke myself. I said the delays lasted about 10 min & then were cleared. I did not mean a 10 min delay. We are looking into the causes and will make corrections to avoid these issues in the future.
