In December of 2018 the DAX increased it's trading hours to start a few hours after the Close on the previous day. The additional data you are seeing represents those additional market trades, it is not erroneous data. You could filter the data you receive but then you would be throwing away a significant portion of the actual DAX trading.

Roll rules can be diffrent for each commodity, so we list them by commodity root.

On the IQFeed.net Symbol Guide page (http://www.iqfeed.net/symbolguide/index.cfm?symbolguide=guide&displayaction=support§ion=guide&web=iqfeed) there is a box listing Future exchanges, click on an exchange link and the commodity roots for that exchange will be listed with roll rules for each.
