Checked diagnostics. Ping time ~30ms. No client queuing apparent.

I noticed a related issue. At night (~7pm CST) the L2 feed often lags the L1 feed, this is at a time when the activity is fairly low. Did anyone notcice similar? I have seen this for a few nights in a row now.

Most typically a queuing of data is related to bandwidth.

You make a request of data sets which our server responds to; however the connection cannot consume the requested data in a timely fashion. Our data servers queue the data to a certain point and then begin dropping the data when your connection still is unable to consume the data fast enough. Therefore you fall behind or show a delay.

As I cannot say this is what you have been running into, this is one very typical example. As Todd mentioned the best thing you can do is contact us when this is happening.
